Our childcare costs include all pedagogical offers, food costs, diapers, hygiene articles and of course all play and craft materials as well as costs for excursions.
Childcare costs for children 13 months and older

Note: please note that the listed hour packages can only be assigned according to availability!
Children 13 months and older are entitled to the Bavarian daycare allowance of €100.00 (income-dependent). The daycare allowance is paid directly to the parents at their request https://www.zbfs.bayern.de/familie/krippengeld/antrag/index.php.
Furthermore, the childcare costs for all children are reduced by the parental contribution subsidy of the Free State of Bavaria in the amount of € 100.00 from September of the year in which they reach the age of three. This subsidy will be deducted by us from the childcare costs and is not yet included in the above childcare costs.
General conditions
- We charge you a one-time administration fee of € 450.00 upon conclusion of the contract
- The care contract can be terminated without justification with a notice period of three months
- For siblings who are being cared for at the same time, we grant a discount of 10% on the childcare fees.
- Children can stay in our care at any time longer than contractually agreed, we will charge you 10,00€ per hour or part thereof.
- If your child is picked up late after 18:00, we will charge you 20,00 € per hour or part thereof.
- We will invoice you for the care costs on the 1st of each month by direct debit.
- The childcare fees are due for each month during the entire contract period, even if the child is on vacation or sick, as well as during our closing time in December / January.
- We provide care exclusively five days a week
- We reserve the right to adjust the childcare fees with a notice period of four months
- You will automatically receive an annual invoice for your tax return. Care costs can be claimed against tax up to € 4,000 / year.
We will be happy to support you in applying for income-related grants from the social community centers of the City of Munich.
